The situation
A focused tool for a specific live format.
Whatnot provides spot selection, but the TikTok workflow needed a different approach. I built a color-break randomizer so the team could manage assignments and reveal the results within the live experience.
What needed doing
Make color assignments clear and consistent for the operator and customer without depending on a separate wheel or generic randomizer site.
Adoption
4 streamers using the workflow.
A small purpose-built tool supported by documentation and training. Expanded use is planned, not reported as completed.

Reveal together
The seller reveals all assignments at the end using the OBS presentation.
Make it repeatable
Created an SOP and trained multiple streamers. At least four currently use the tool, with further rollout planned.
