Define the product before the campaign
Turn confirmed product details into a clear customer explanation before building the storefront and launch creative. My work covers presentation and coordination; product contents are handled by others.

Operating programDesigned and ran a release process connecting the product, packaging, storefront, promotion, and fulfillment.

The situation
Limited releases become difficult to repeat when every launch starts with new packaging, product rules, website requirements, and shipping instructions. At Vaulted Rarities, I brought these pieces into one operating process.
What needed doing
Let each release have its own identity while keeping the preparation, customer promise, and team handoff consistent.
The operating result
Releases such as Hobbit Vault, Vaulted in Pairs, and Now or Never use a shared launch structure while retaining their own product concepts. This describes the work delivered; planned sales capacity is not reported as earned revenue.
My contribution
Turn confirmed product details into a clear customer explanation before building the storefront and launch creative. My work covers presentation and coordination; product contents are handled by others.
Standardized serialized labels, reusable packaging elements, product information, and preparation checks so the team works from the same release plan.
Connect the available date, shipping date, product preparation, website presentation, and promotion. Run the physical release and use that experience to improve the next one.
From concept to release
A drop is a product and an operating commitment. The page, pack, campaign, and shipping plan need to tell the same story.
Product rules, pack counts, presentation, and team responsibilities.
A clear storefront, launch creative, and customer-facing dates.
Fulfillment handoff, customer communication, and improvements for the next release.
